Talley Village Outreach

"Since March 2015, the Bykota kids have been blessed with the opportunity to do outreach at Talley Village, working with a Cambodian minister and restaurant ministry It’s A Wrap to distribute meals and treats to village children."

In July 2014, the Lord laid a desire on my heart for the Bykota kids to do outreach and see ministry firsthand, giving them a gateway into missions abroad or in their home country. In January 2015, I met with church leadership in Singapore. Their restaurant ministry in Phnom Penh agreed to partner with Bykota House, allowing Bykota kids to attend their Friday night village outreach. Since March 2015, the Bykota kids have been blessed with the opportunity to do outreach at Talley Village, working with a Cambodian minister and restaurant ministry It’s A Wrap to distribute meals and treats to village children. Initially helping with distribution, the Bykota kids have now begun performing music and drama for the kids at Talley Village.

This hands-on experience on the mission field is sure to yield long-term fruit for the kids of Bykota House, giving them a heart for missions in Cambodia and abroad.

Attending one Friday evening outreach entails a $10 transportation cost; any additional funds are used to purchase treats or gifts for the children at Talley. If you would like to support the Bykota kids in their ministry, please click the donate button below.

As a result of their ministry at Talley Village, YWAM has now opened the door for Bykota kids to perform music and drama at other outreaches over the summer. To help fund these outreaches you’ll find our giving options by clicking on the “Give” menu link or click the Donate Now icon at the top of this page to go directly to our secure payment window.
